allows us to personalise your journey, not only in terms of your actual
pain, but also taking your age, lifestyle, and activity levels into account,

By completing a confidential e-consultation, you’ll give us all the
information we need to devise and deliver an individualised playlist of
videos direct to your mobile, tablet or PC.
Your journey will comprise of a carefully co-ordinated sequence of bite
size videos on the key themes of Education, Advice and Rehabilitation
giving you the ultimate set of tools to deal with your backpain. We’ll
introduce you to the most current spinal concepts, as well as everyday
tips and advice you won’t find anywhere else.
You’re not a lost cause!
Your previous efforts to deal with your backpain may have been
unsuccessful for a number of reasons. Maybe you didn’t have the time for
treatment or found the cost too expensive. Maybe, you forgot the advice
you were given or indeed how exactly to do that exercise you were
prescribed. That’s the beauty of accessing our video platform, you can
keep re-watching the videos as required.

Rehab videos, we demonstrate mobilising, lengthening and strengthening
exercises, as well showing the common mistakes people often make.
